The exterior portrays composition as well as defined masses with clarity in combination of solids and voids.

The built up area of main building is 3880 Sqm. with a car parking built area of 1020 Sqm. The building was handed over to P.W.D. Division No. 3 in the year 1995 for maintenance.

Situated on the steep slopes, Sanskriti Bhawan accommodates various academies under the Deptt. Of Culture, Govt. of M.P. It also houses areas for other activities such as auditorium, library, meeting hall and guest house. The building has become an important landmark of the city reflecting modern and pristine architecture prevalent in Bhopal.

Established in 1966 as the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Public Administration, the RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration & Management (RCVPNAAM) is today the premier training institution of M.P. RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration is the apex and nodal training institute of Madhya Pradesh, India. It organizes training programmers for the officers of the Madhya Pradesh and Govt. of India. Madhya Pradesh Eco-tourism Development Board, (MPEDB), an autonomous organisation in the Forest Department, Government of MP, aims to promote and organise development of eco-tourism as a mainstream programme of the forest department in the state.

MP Eco-tourism Development Board invites application from Lodge / Resort owners / Tour & Travel Operators for the affiliation {franchise} of their organizations with MPEDB. MPEDB plans 50 new Eco-tourism projects.
