Established
in 1966 as the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Public Administration, the RCVP
Noronha Academy of Administration & Management (RCVPNAAM) is today the
premier training institution of M.P. Government. Located in Bhopal, its lush
green residential campus is spread over 43 acres by the side of the Shahpura
lake, providing an ideal environment for working and learning. RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration is the apex and nodal training institute of Madhya Pradesh, India. It organizes training programmers for the officers of the Madhya Pradesh and Govt. of India. It has been effectively playing an advisory role for the Madhya Pradesh government in Human Resource Development. It is also a coordinating instrument among the various training institutions of the state.
The academy
is rich in its infrastructure and is recognized nationwide. The academy campus
has got administration building, guest house for participants, auditorium hall,
conference hall, mini conference hall, 15 lecture rooms, one T.V. room, board
room, library, three computer labs, garden etc. The academy library contains
around 34,000 books & 500 video cassettes and CDs for training
participants. The academy is equipped with all modern equipments for training.
RCVPNAAM organizes over 350 training programmes every year in the field of
public administration.
