M.P. Text Book Corporation (मध्य प्रदेश पाठ्यपुस्तक निगम) is a society registered under the M.P. Societies registration Act 1973. It was created in 1968 at the behest of the state government with its basic function being publication and sale/distribution of text books for class 1 to 12 for schools in Madhya Pradesh.

Madhya Pradesh Text Book Corporation is a Govt. Sector Organization that offers services in Paper/Publishing/ Printing with Annual Total Turnover of 10-100 Crs. and with Employee Strength of 501-1000.

BHOPAL UTSAV MELA- 2012

Utsav Mela enters 21st yr in Bhopal 

The city is all set for the month-long Bhopal utsav mela at Dussehra Maidan beginning January 1^st, 2012.

 

Being acknowledged nationally Utsav Mela was established in the year 1992 with just 70 stalls and now, the quantity has reached around 600 stalls. This time Utsav Mela was newly constructed cultural hall, performance by nationally acclaimed artists and a tableau of Tirupati Balaji Temple of around 100 ft will be the main attractions of the fair.

 

Considering the bygone years of the enclosure of the fair, the organising committee took decision to allow entry only for families as during the vacation days the crowd is more than those of working days, because of which unethical mysticism try to take advantage, for which they have arranged police service facility. Hidden cameras on gates and elsewhere in the fair are affixed as per security reasons.

Adding to this the committee arranged for a team of 50 cleanliness employees, who would maintain the hygiene and cleanliness in the fair along with BMC who established for a fire brigade facility in the workshop of the fair. Besides, attractive street, electric generator facility is also organised. At present there are about 600 stalls in the fair, which seem to be less according to the participation.
